2. Main specification and functions of CNC device

It meets national standard of GB5226.1-1996 except special explanation.

l It adopts Siemens 810D CNC system. All servo motors are equipped with absolute encoder. And the CNC system is with RS232C interface.

l The CNC system has reliable interlocking, safety protection, malfunction alarming, self diagnosis, over torque protection, and power-off protection. Enough safety protection to ensures safety of machine and operator. It also guarantees normal machining and dressing.

l Machining condition displaying (display machining trace drawing)

l Ladder diagram displaying and programming can be carried out through computer.

l Main electric components are imported or products of joint adventure.

l This machine is with 3-color indicating light.
