Application:

It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, dairy, food, chemical field. It is used to mix the solution or to dilute the solid in the solvent. It is the base machine in the solution preparation process.

Introduction:

According to the process, the mixing tank can make according to customer′s requirement for the structure, single-layer, double-layer(jacket) and three-layer (insulation layer) or make limpet coil( inside or external) to heat and cold.
We design the different type agitator for the different raw material, the capacity we can do from 20L to 10L. We can adopt SS304 material and inside polish can reach to Ra<0.4um. It can accord to GMP we can adopt the digital system to control the whole process and test online.
As usual the tank including the following unit: level gauge ( glass type, digital type etc.), institutor, CIP/SIP, temperature gauge, sight glass, sight light, manhole inlet nozzle.
