Introduction

linear vibrating screen is a kind of small and medium, multideck screening machine with advanced world standard. It is composed of SCREENING BOX, MESH, MESH FRAME, VIBRATING MOTOR, SHOCK MITIGATION SYSTEM AND BOTTOM FRAME, etc.

Work principle

Two motors are fixed on the both side of screening box to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force, which can make the machine run by linear direction. Then the material on the mesh will be vibrated –forward and screened.

Characters

1. Layers. It supports one layer two layers, at most to five layers.

2. Mesh frame.

Steel frame. It is suitable for big aperture.

Stainless steel 304 frame. It is suitable for corrasion material.
