Filter press clothis medium and thick one, with higher weight. The material including polyester, polypropylene, polyamide (nylon) and nonwoven filter cloth, which have a good resistance to both acid and alkali, oxidation as well. They also have good tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance. The filter press cloth can be used for plate and frame filter press, recessed (chamber) and membrane filter press, etc.

We can make the filter press cloth to all sizes and types of plates. For minings filtration, the plate is usually larges sizes to ensure the treatment capacity. Such asthe filter plates:

1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm, 1500x1500mm,2000x2000mm,2500x2500mm,etc.

Filter press clothcan be used for mineral dressing, ore dressing ,mineral seperation, beneficiation, mineral processing, sludge dewatering, mineral flotation, tailings treatment,tailing disposal,etc.

In order to ensure the filter cloth tightness with filter plate, latex (glue) will be brushed. For filter cloth construction, we use rubber neck, velcro, bandings, neck (butterfly type), metal eyelets, plastic eyelets(for special applications: high acid or alkali)etc. Please see the following pictures.
