SCF series double-stage hammer crusher without sieve

(Both for wet & dry material)

1. Operating Principle

There are two rotors rotate reversely. The material will be crushed by the first rotor, and then uncrushed material will drop to the next high speed rotating rotor, the material will be crushed for another time by the hammer driven by the rotor. The materials in the cavity impact with each other with high speed, the final crushed material will be discharged directly.

2. Features (Compare with hammer crusher)

(1)Double rotors,easy to grind materials.

(2)No screen in the bottom, materials unlimited. Even high moisture cannot block. The machine can work both in sunny and rainy days.

(3)High alloy durable hammer head.When the hammer is abraded, just move it to another place for use, every hammer can be used for three times.

(4)Hydraulic press. Easy to turn on and off just by one person. And it is convenient and safe, easy to maintain.

(5)The output is large. The output size can get 80%below 2mm. Hammer crusher with 20mm out put size.

3. Spare part

l Wheels. 2 wheels on each side can balance the machine when work with vibrating.

l Hammer head. Made of Hadfield(Mn13) steel. uneasy to worn out when break the rock.

4. Applications

(1) Suitable for crushing materials such as ore, rock stone, coal gangue, coal cinder, shale, etc. The highest anti-pressure of the material shall not exceed 150MPA.

(2) Widely used in brick factory or coking plant for fine crushing of the wet materials.
