Qingzhou Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery all over the country. To enlarge production, we have built Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

Cummins Engine

The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine, which are

famous for its durability, lower oil consumption, standardized accessories and easy

maintenance.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material

Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be

customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high

container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend

for time saving.

5.Our other products

The Chain bucket mud(sand) dredger is to fix mud(sand) dredging devices made up of

bucket bridge,bucket chain and mud bucket on the center notching part of the bow or

stern. When dredging,put the lower end of the bucket bridge into some depth of the water,

making the mud(sand) bucket touch the soil(sand). Driven by the guide pulley on the upper

end of the bucket bridge, the bucket chain operates continuously. It can dredge the mud

(sand) by the mud bucket on the bucket chain. The dredged mud and sand are transported

to the top of the bucket tower. After changed direction by guide pulley, the mud and sand

in the bucket are put into mud well from the mud bucket under gravity of themselves. The

mud and sand are discharged out of the ship board by the chute.

6.Products under processing

Hydraulic system

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The

hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire

dredger. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven

by hydraulic motors.

Design

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in

shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed

and practical.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

7.Transportation

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering

or moving from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

Factory images.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially,

Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang

Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle

for shipping.

We have working site at home and abroad. Now there are products in stock, welcome

customers to visit and have a cooperation.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing

and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at

their own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
