(2) The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle be stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it canmeet the needof production and different types of bottles easily.

(3) The new generation ofstainless steelgrab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guaranteethe complete washof the interior of the bottle. The special filling valve makes the filling speed fast and the filling liquid level control correct

(4) Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted . Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.

(5) Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interfacetouch-screenandPLC programcontrol are adopted in this machine. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes thefilling quick, steady and accurate.

(6) All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are fromfamous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron (7) The machine adopts filling in normal temperature and normal pressure.
