I. The whole system include infeed air conveyor 2 meter long, washing filling and capping monoblock machine, outfeed conveyor 4 meter long.

II. Function and features

1. Rotary washing bottle, during the washing, bottle mouth stand downward, inner and outer washing at same time completely.

2. Zero reversal washing bottles of fixture can make diameter larger bottle on the equipment.

3. Filling system has level sensor, can automatically control the liquid level.

4. Automatic stop device when bottle was hold back.

5. Automatic stop device when the motor was overloaded.

6. Using magnetic torque sealing technology, magnetic torque size is adjustable.

7. Adopting high precision, high speed quantitative filling valve, liquid level accurate can ensure quality of accurate filling.
