Introduction:

Automatic cleaning belt multi-layer magnetic separator is widely used to remove magnetic elements from non-magnetic materials for purification or separate iron magnetite from non-magnetic materials to obtain iron ore concentrate in mining. Adopting rare earth permanent magnet as the magnetic origin, with a high magnetic filed intensity and unique design, this equipment can achieve an excellent iron separation effect. The machine is totally automatic and no manual operation is necessary. Besides, this machine features multi layer magnetic separation, low power consumption, no pollution, easy operation and maintenance, long service life, etc. The 3-layer auto cleaning belt magnetic separator is widely applied in food, medical, mining, ceramics, plastics, grinding, glass, moulding, resource recycling, special materials, metal, electronic products, etc.

Structure:

Automatic cleaning belt multi-layer magnetic separator consists of storage bin, vibrating feeder, side skirt conveyor belts, belt tightening devices, chutes for magnetic elements (iron magnetite), discharge chute, magnetic head rollers, driven rollers, drive device, connection device, etc.

5. The vibrating feeder is complete with a frequency converter so that the feeding into the 3-layer belt magnetic separator can be regulated to achieve the maximum magnetic separation.

Working principle:

Through the vibrating feeder, the raw materials are evenly distributed on the conveyor belt to be conveyed forward. When the raw materials pass the magnetic head roller, the magnetic elements (iron magnetite) in the raw materials will be attracted and flow to the chute beneath the conveyor belt, in each and every layer. The non-magnetic materials will flow from the first layer to the third layer, then to the discharge chute.
