Milka-Ware's MILKA-PRO-4 (ACR SYSTEM), is simply the most comprehensive ACR system available.It incorporates world leading technology for management of each cow's milking and provides valuable farmer feedback.

Made in Australia for harsh farming conditions, the system is robust enough to deal with most farming environments. The system is easy to install and maintain.

Milka-Ware is looking for worldwide partners to sell this product in volume. Partners must be able to install the systems and be prepared to provide backup service when required to dairyfarmer customers.

The Milk-Pro 4 includes a special detectionsystem that automatically adjusts the threshold during milking to moreaccurately remove the cups leaving the correct amount of milk in the udder forbetter herd health. Of course fixed threshold and maximum time settings arestill available and can be used in combination as required.

TheMilka-Pro-4works differently to other automatic cup removers. Its flow

sensor is capable of a much wider range of flow measurement allowing more sophisticated end-of-milking detection and display of the flow rate from each cow.

Long overdue in the dairy, the Milka-Pro-4offers a new way to detect end-of milking.Traditional ACRs have a fixed flow threshold which removes the cups when flow drops to that level. Typically the threshold is adjusted for the slower milking cows so they are not cut off too early, which also means fast milking

cows are often over-milked. The Milka-Pro4 now uses average flow to detect end of milking which means treating cows as individuals.
