This machine is specially used for two-layer materials: paper and heat-seal plastic film. It is heat sealed by shaped die set. It is rewound after cut by a round knife, and used as sterilizing package for medical products.

Other features:

1. Speed of host machine adjusted by frequency conversion.
2. Double working position level material feeding,
3. Unwind automatic tension control with two heat-sealing units and one cooling unit.
4. High accuracy stepper motor, subdivision driver, material drawer.
5. Minicomputer control system to make bags of any length, touch buttons, and length measurement display and automatic stop function when reaching the set length.
