Technical Performance

The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.

Note: (1) The 3.2mm thickness of glass should be more than 3MM

(2) Four-side edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.

A. Flat tempered:

Maximum area of glass sheets array: 4~19mm 1500mm×3000mm

1. Minimum size of glass for processing: 300mm*300mm

2. Maximum size of individual glass sheet for processing:

4-19mm 1500mm×3000mm

Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥50mm; transverse ≥20mm

3. Thickness of glass for processing: 4 - 19 mm

4. Maximum area of glass for processing: 4.0square metre per tempering cycle

4.5square metre per glass sheet

5. Production Rate: high-quality float flat glass specified by GB11614-1999, four-side edges ground. No holes or chamfer are allowed.

Note: The productivity may be reduced by 10-30% in the following cases:

a. When the length of an individual piece of glass exceeds 3050mm;

b. For low-E glass; and

c. For glasses of other special size, processing requirement or performance

6. Yield Rate: 97% (for high-quality float flat glass specified by GB11614-1999, with four-side edges ground, and no holes nor chamfers)

7. Glass Varieties to be Produced: Ordinary glass, pattern glass, reflective glass, color glazed glass and coated Low-E (Radiance Value: e≥0.06) glass

8. Product Quality Standards:

In conformity with GB/T9963-1998 and the most recent standards promulgated by this nation on tempered glass as well as the global national, international and/or regional criteria and regulations. 3mm ≤2.5‰4mm-5mm hereinbefore≤2.0‰
