SPECIFICATIONS

Technical Performance :

The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.

Note: (1) The thickness of glass should be ≥3MM

(2) Four-side edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.

1. Maximum area of glass sheets array: 4MM - 19MM 600mm*1500mm

2. Minimum size of glass for processing:50mm*50mm

Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥50mm; transverse ≥20mm

3. Thickness of glass for processing4-12 mm

4. Maximum area of glass for processing: 0.85 square meter per tempering cycle
