1. The W67K press brake has 300tons of bending force over it full6200mmframe. The Frame on this hydraulic press brake is made from fully welded steel plate designed to give minimum amounts of deflection as well as offer maximum rigidity. The W67K also features a heavy duty torque tube that connects a pair of hydraulic cylinders ensuring accuracy to .04mm. As with all JSJR press brakes, the W67K uses only top quality components from manufacturers like,Siemens, Estun.

2. The worktable, upper and bottom die, sliding rail, back gauge, etc. are conducted quenching treatment, which keeps the parts high hardness, less deformation and wear out, thus maintain the stability of machine tool accuracy, prolongs the service life.

3. Another nice feature of the W67K press brake is a two axisDROthat monitors the powered back gauge and the bend depth making this one easy to use press brake at an incredible price. All bending functions, whether it is full auto or jog mode, are controlled by a foot pedal. The W67K comes standard with a gooseneck punch and afour-sided multi-V bottom die.
