Usage:Metal plate (volume belt) can reach the degree of mirror after high-speed polished by the grinding heads and cleansed by the rare-acid water of this steel polishing machine. Meanwhile, it is matched with the laminating machine to protect the processed surface.

1 The composition of the equipment:

unreeling machine, tension station 1, body part of polishing machine, rinsing machine ,dryer, checking platform, laminated machine , tension station 2, winding machine, polishing solution cycling system , waster water treatment system ,electric system.

2 Structure specification

(1) Unreeling machine

Material, 45# steel, hardening and tempering. The curved plate is bent from steel plate. The body is welded by steel plate and shape steel.

(2) Tension station is made of up and down roller, tension clothes clip

(3) the body machine of 8k machine include the basic part, conveying part, rough rinsing machine, fine grinding machine.

(4) Checking platform, the basic part is welded by rectangle steel, the active roller is processed by seamless steel pipe. Installing the bearing in both faces.

(5)Polishing solution cycling system is made up of acid proof pump, acid liquid barrel and pipeline
