For all cylinder liner blanks, we make heat treatment in order to make their mechanical performance more stable and service life longer.

Our finish machining completely use advanced numerically controlled equipments, which makes sizes of products accurate and appearances of products perfect. For dry cylinder liner, external diameter is within 180mm and the length is within 300mm; for wet cylinder liner, internal diameter is within 200mm and the length is within 500mm, both can be well produced.
