Membrane Press

One machine with four functions

1.Cold press for single or piled up (400mm max.) flat panel covering.

2.Hot press for the composition or covering of solid doors, flush doors and panels.

3.Press to cover routed panels by PVC foil (with or without membrane)

4.Double membrane press to cover two sides raised panels with veneer or decorative paper.

HOT PRESS/COOL PRESS

The press canwork as a conventional press.The operator may choose to use it for hot or cold pressing use or not use the installed heating system.

SINGLE MEMBRANE PRESS

Fitting a membrane on the top press platen, operation can be carried out within three minutes, the machine is ready to glue different types of coverings over routed surfaces , PVC foil and /or veneer can also be processed.When appying PVC foil ,the use of the membrane is not always necessary , the machine can work properly without it . if use PVC foil, the use of membrane is according to the actual needs

DOUBLE MEMBRANE PRESS

Placing a second membrane on the bottom platen of the lower platen of the press, It is possible to apply veneers or PVC on the two side of the different shaped panels . It takes less time and high efficency
