Filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene & TPE through mold pressing/injection molding, high strength, light weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;

Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, the whole filter press system is fully automatic by the electrical panel. All devices including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are controlled by the logic in PLC.

1. Can be equipped with cloth washing system improving the working effiency and long life of filter cloth

2. Air or water can be selected for squeezing with pressure 1.2~1.6 Mpa, this process is designed for reducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%.
