3. Spares and images for river sand suction boat

This ship is a medium size hydraulic bucket wheel dredger. It use bucket wheel to cut and break

soil to form mud. Then the mud is pumped by the dredge pump driven by the diesel engine and transported to the appointed place. The ship is suitable for many kinds of soil,effective.It is suitable

for hard soil, such as clay,grit,fine sand and normal mud. The dredge pump and bucket wheel use

high wearable materials. Bucket wheel,spud lift and shift winches,ladder winch are all hydraulic

driven. The hydraulic system is controlled by electromagnetic directional valve. The controlling

system is concentrate controlled in the operator cabin. The ship is suitable for both clay and soft

soil because of the features and superiority of the bucket wheel. It can ensure the cutted soil granule

even and blocks such as bigger stones can’t come into the clearance of the bucket wheel and reduce

the jam of the dredge pump. The ship can be fixed with anchor casting pole,trolley,self-propulsion.

The driving devices of the bucket wheel use lub oil and floating seal.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and

lighting of the whole dredger.

Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr.

for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves.

If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by

suppliers.

In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time

saving.

Hydraulic system

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral traction

winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high

quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it

works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Factory images.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development

Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger

painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

We have working site at home and abroad. Now there are products in stock,

welcome customers to visit and have a cooperation.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing and commissioning

of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their own cost if

required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
