The medium frequency electric furnace can put emphasis on melting speed with high power density. The material used for smelting is industrial & domestic scrap iron & steel recycled. In every smelting period, because of frequent feed, it is unsuited to increase the number of heat preservation furnace lids. In addition, due to the large smoke & dust amount of the raw material, it is not appropriate to adopt the furnace mouth ring-shaped dust-removing cover. At present, the continuous casting blank plant can utilize the sealed dust cover type. The feeding can be carried out by using the cart. The whole smelting process can be completed in the dust-removing cover.
Introduction to the performance features of the GW series medium frequency induction steel case smelting furnace used for casting:
(1) Furnace Case: The furnace case & furnace frame can adopt the steel construction. The coverage of the furnace platform panel can be tight. It has high mechanical strength.
(2) Induction Coil: The induction coil can adopt the T2 square non-oxidation copper pipe and it can be used after annealing treatment. During the period, it is not allowed to lengthen the connector and the inductor winded should complete acid cleaning, saponification, roast, drying, mica tape winding, glass tape winding, paint dipping, re-drying and other processes(3) Magnetic Yoke: The magnetic yoke, made of the cold-rolled high-silicon steel sheet with the thickness of 0.35mm, is fixed on the furnace body through the double-face clamping of the U-shaped stainless steel, featuring low noise and good electromagnetic coupling, so as to provide the high-efficiency low-resistance magnetic circuit for the induction coil.
(4) Furnace Lid: The furnace lid can be flexibly opened & closed by adopting the manual (or hydraulic) operation and the observation hole is designed on the top of the furnace lid, which can be convenient for heat preservation and reduce the oxidation of metal solution.
(5) Water Cooling System: The water cooling system can adopt the open type water supply mode. The water distributor can be installed on the tilting furnace case. The pressure gauge & hydraulic pressure relay can be mounted on the inlet water distributor position. When the induction coil lacks water or the hydraulic is not enough, the frequency converter can be automatically closed.
(6) Hydraulic Pressure System
Tilting Furnace System: The tilting furnace has the stable & flexible transmission mechanism. Under the cold & hot state, the clamping or shaking phenomenon can not be allowed to occur. The maximum tilting angle is 95°. The reliable position limit device can be installed in the limit position of the tilting furnace.
The tilting furnace can utilize two hydraulic cylinder tilting mechanisms. The oil inlet of the hydraulic cylinder can be directly connected with the speed limit stop valve to ensure that the hydraulic cylinder can be operated at the set speed. If the hydraulic oil pipe is damaged, the furnace can stay in the current position to avoid accidents and guarantee the safety.
The tilting furnace can adopt the manual speed regulation reversing valve to carry out the control.
The hydraulic pressure system can endure the pressure which is 1.5 times as the highest operating pressure (22Mpa), and ensure 10 min non-leakage.
