Description of Machine.

DL991Winding machine is designed for the pre-finished of medical gauze as well as other fabrics, to wind small roll fabric into big roll before Desizing,scouring and bleaching(Max roll diameter can reach toφ1800)

Running speed can be adjusted up to 200m/min thru the adopted AC inverter. Whole machine equipped with 2pcs of up/down air cylinder and 2pcs Pressurized cylinder, tautness of fabric roll can be adjusted randomly(density can be 0.35~0.40Kg/cm³).Edge absorber using a new optical edge detector which has sepcial effect for the thin fabric. Equipped with electronic stopwatch can accurately record the length of cloth.
