Automatic Disc Self-cleaning filter is used for the filtration of liquids with high viscosity, high danger and need explosion-proof Situation.

ICG Filter Working Principle:

1. Patented design, national invention patent (Patent No. 2008 1 0024693.2). ICG filter uses spring complementary cleaning disc, moving up and down inside screen, to remove the impurities. Liquids flow from top to bottom, inside to outside for filtration. Impurities left on the screen surface, which are easy to remove and can be collected to collection chamber.

2. During falling process, all impurities are collected by disc to collection chamber.

3. During rising process, disc remove the impurities from screen surface, and then impurities go through disc by flow of liquids into collection chamber.

4. Durable life time, high filtration precision and Anti-corrosion performance is good.
