The material of whole machine is 304 SUS, the temp and speed of cooking

can be set according with your process requirements, it solved the problem

which is uneven heating during sterilization and the core temp can’t be

reached the requirement. The machine running stable, less noise, small

scalability, not easy deform, easy maintenance, the temp can be controlled

by the control box, and speed is frequency control.

Box is 2.5mm, 304 SUS, thermostability, silicate material to keep temp,

thickness is 50mm. Insulation effect, heating up fast, save energy, outsourcing

thickness is 1.0mm welding. The middle part is pre-cook section, steam from boiler heat the water in the tank, sewage flow out

by the overflow port.
