Working Instruction & working principle

Carton Positioning System

The forepart conveyor will convey the carton to Positioning location. The piston rod of positioning cylinder will push out and fix the carton one-sided for catching the carton. When there is the carton in the below, the blocking cylinder will open and stop the behind carton entering.

Carton grab system

After the carton positioning, the lifting servo motor will work and make the lifting rod move down to the upside of carton. The processing control inspects that the rod has arrived the site, then the system will catch the carton.

3 X axis moving loader, Y axis moving loader, Z axis lifting move loader,rotating mechanism

The main motor of palletizer will move the frame of moving loader to the positioning site in the horizontal direction, at the same time, the vertical motor will move. Z axis motor will drive the lifting device lift & fall to the upside of carton. The gripper will catch the carton. Meanwhile z axis motor will lift the carton to make the carton be higher site than guard bar. Main motor move, the vertical motor also moves to the appointed site, and the z axis motor will drive the lifting device fall and put the carton on the appointed site of pallet.

4 Pallet dispenser

When there is no pallet in the underside conveying location, the pallet dispenser will send the pallet to the palletizing location in turn. When the photoelectricity inspects the pallet, the machine begin stacking. After the stacking is completed, the full pallet will be coveyed out by the output conveying line. The forklift will take the pallet away. (The pallet dispenser can store 10 pallets at most. When pallet is used up, the forklift will supply the pallet)

Features:

Palletizer can put the cartons filled with products on the pallet in a fixed order and stack them automatically. The multilayer of palletizing enables the fork moves them into storehouse. This equipment adopts PLC touch screen and intelligent managing for realize man-machine interaction which is not only simple and easy to master, but also reducing the labor.

Carton supplying system adopts servo motor control for moving and loading the carton according to the prior setting site.
