III.Installation

1.Open the package

2.open tool box, take out turntable

3.take out the canister box and mainframe

4.remove the screw

5.install turntable

6.install the cover

7.take out canister

8.install canister

9.Finish installation

IV Operation

1.colorant mixing

Connect power supply and press the button to initiate mixing. To stop mixing, just press the button once again. It is recommended to mix 3 times everyday with each time for 10 minutes.

press red & black button, lift the double gauge, adjust the wanted colorant quantity and dispense.

V Maintenance

1 Daily maintenance

1.1Move each plunger handle up and down three times every day to ensure smooth flow of colorants and avoid blockages in pumps and canisters

1.2Clean the nozzle with soft cloth or cotton moistened with water or thinner to keep it unobstructed.

1.3Check the colorant level in canisters and refill it in time if necessary. If the colorant is lower than the feeding level, air will enter the pump when lifting up plunger handle. This will cause inaccuracy in dispensing.

2.Periodical maintenance

Check the fixed base is Loosed or not (Figure a), If loosed, push the base to the Most bottom position. ,fasten two screws of the base Symmetrically with inner hexagon Spanner. (Figure b,c)
