CK400-B linear guide way flat bed cnc lathe

Five-axis&four-linkage function: composite processing as: turning, drilling, milling, tapping, etc.

Machine characteristics:

The carriage has fill out cutter in front, after and left, it also has fill out 4 ER32 servo driving tool, the power head is parallel with X-axis, the system also has contour control, all cutters can finish different kinds of machining based on the product.

1. The lathe bed is made of heavy casting. It has gone through at least twice aging quality tests and ultrasonic frequency quenching.

2. High-precise angular contact ball bearings are used as bearing of the lathe. This gives an optimized combination of high-precision, high bearing capacity, good running speed, and it is more durable.

3. The imported linear rolling guide way is used in X, Z axes, so that it can decrease abrasion of the lathe. The preloading of the super-sized rolling guide-way decrease the gap of the guide way, and it increase the precision meanwhile.

4. Long X-axis distance, the lined cutter frame is the most accurate design, and it is also have a high speed of cutter changing. It can save a lot of process time for workers.

5. The design of the guarded guide way is more water-resistant and scrap-iron-resistant.
