Paper Basis Weight and Moisture Quality Control System (QCS)is applied to the system that measure and corresponding control paper basis weight and moisture on line.

Rewinder Electric Control Systemincludes:torque control of unwind roll electromotor; web tension control; speed and torque control of supporting roll; press nip pressure auto control of riding roll; web length measurement and control; finished roll diameter measurement and control, etc.

Rewinder has twodrive control ways:AC frequency conversion motor controlandDC speed control.

AC control advantages:saving electric energy; longevity service; electromotor maintenance free;but high cost.

The DC control systemislow costbut the electromotor brush is needed to renew periodically and the DC commutator is need to maintenance periodically. Besides, DC electromotor has the lower efficiency.
