2. the structure of the stove

The whole machine include: This equipment is the cylinder shape. And this model stove consists of main furnace (outer stove), carbon basket (inner stove), and fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.

1. Main furnace includes heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heatkeeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the heating)

2. carbonization basket (The inner stove): consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap. Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel. one set of carbonization stove include two or three carbonization basket, and the diameter are 1460mm, 1430mm, and 1400mm, and the three carbonization basket can be stack together, easy for loading and transporting ,and it will save a lot of space and transport charge.

3.Fume extraction tube: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again,

4. Smoking purification system This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust-heated cycle pipe. And the smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.

Operation	When one carbon basket have been finished carbonization, use the hoisting tools hoist the carbon basket from the main furnace, then let the carbon basket natural cooling, at the same time, put another carbon basket into the main furnace, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot.

Working principle:	The surface of wood (bamboo, wood briquette, nut shell, etc) will ignite spontaneously in the hypoxic condition. And this spontaneous combustion will produce heat. This heat and the external heat source will heat the stove at the same time, when the temperature reach 280 degree, the chemical structure of the wood will be changed by the high-temperature, and after long time heating, changing and decomposing, then we will get the black charcoal, combustible gas, and wood tar. This model furnace will use the fume extraction tube to recycle all the combustible gas and smoking from the entire heat source.
Calorific value of the charcoal it makes?	For the wood, its calorific value is 6000-6500kal for wood briquette calorific value is 6500-7500kal. For the nutshell, the calorific value is 7000-8000kal,
