LX Model Single Beam Suspension Light Overhead Crane

LX model single girder motor suspension crane operates in the assiciation with CD1 and MD1 electric hoist ,and becames a small crane traveling on the rails ,it is used in the place wuch as machinery,assembly and warehouse. The product is ground controlled under the operating ambient environment of -25~+40°C. it is prohibited from operating under the environmenta of flammable. explosive and corrosive media .

The materials of suspension crane

Molding, no welds, high-precision cold-formed molding, eliminating the traditional production grinding, cutting, welding,

and many other complicated production processes to reduce to the deformation of the single

beam crane girder in the handling process, to ensure single beam crane girder precision. It improves work efficiency,

while greatly enhances the whole strength, and improves the quality of our cranes appearance.

Feature

Tight dimension, low building headroom, light dead weight and light wheel load. It is a light duty track traveling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery,

assembling sitesand warehouses.

This product adopts ground control and works at a temperature of -25--40 centigrade. 3.It is prohibited to use the equipment at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.

The crane applies to works and storehouses where it is ≥100 mm height between the rail surface and the rafter of roof truss.

The trolley forms a set with electric hoist, The mechanism of crane is nimble, with safe and reliable motion. It is capable of designing and making non-standard hoisting equipment.

Metal Structure;Main girder(two types)

Small lifting capacity, small span is composed of Ⅰ-beam and U-steel, no beam structure.

Large lifting capacity, big span is composed of box beam with high quality molding and stamping U-beam and I-beam welded.

Traveling mechanism

Adapts separate-driving, driving and braking are finished by tapered brake motor.

The detailed structure is similar as common wire rope electric hoist.

Also adapts trinity-drive system, users can choose according requirements.

Electrical parts

Lifting and crane can be controlled separately, separate traveling or traveling at the same time.

The power supply of electric hoist is flat cable or special cable.

The electrical appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module.

Equipped with position limiter, traveling position switch etc.

Ground wire control and ground remote control.

Power leading has both methods of current collector and flexible cable.
