A.Description of this bead mill:
1. Suitable for high viscosity material, Adopt quick inner cooling system
2. The final fineness can come to less than 1 micron, used for material which requires high fineness.
3. Adopts full Explosion Proof type

5. The material of the mechanical seal is tungsten carbide, having high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The usage age can be more than 7 years
6. The grinding media is zirconium oxide beads or glass beads. The suitable size is 0.4mm-2.0mm.
7. Adopting cooling facilities including the stator, rotor and isolating ring, it can take most of the heat which producted by the high viscosity material.
8. The material of the mechanical seal is tungdten carbide, our machine adopts dual-end sealing mechanism, can bear more working pressure and achieve high sealing performance.
9. Internal circulated cooling/heating integrated system suiting temperature-sensitive materials.
