Overview:

Spray drying is a drying method which uses atomizer to make the raw material dispersed to droplets and drying droplets with hot air to obtain the product. Raw material liquid can be solutions, suspensions, it can be melting liquid or paste liquid. Dry products can be made to powder, granular, granular hollow sphere or group granularity as needed.

Working principle:

The air through filter and heating into the air distributor at the top of the dryer, spiral-shaped hot air evenly into the drying chamber, liquid through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, (rotation) spray into extremely slight mist droplet, parallel flow with hot air and exposed in a very short period of time can be drying to finished product. Product is output continuously from the drying tower bottom and the cyclone separator, exhaust gas discharged by the fan.

Features:
