1.Introduction:Baggage wrapperLP600F-Lis a machine for packing luggage andbaggage at the airports site – passenger terminals or any other transport hubs. It isdesignated to increase the security of the luggage during the transportation byprotection against: pilferage, smuggling, damages, accidental openings, dust andhumidity, scratches and any other accidents which can happened during themovement of the luggage over the conveyer belt system

2.Electrical power supply:220/230 Volts / 50-60 Hz , installed power 0,75Kw(single phases)

3. Material usage:Machine is using a standard type of stretch film packagingmaterial for creating a hard to tear, resistance, waterproof cover over the baggage.Thepallet wrapis recyclable. Specifications: width:500mm, thickness:20-23 microns, length:1500 meters, weight max 15 kg, stretchable, one side sticky, transparent or colored.

4. Main technical data of the machine

4.1. Powered pre-stretch mechanism inside (up to250 %), meaning material savings;

4.2. Usage of standard (normal) size of stretch-film material (500 mm. in width, 23microns in thickness, 1500 meters long. hard core inside 76 mm).

4.3. Capability to wrap almost any size of luggage in just one step by adjustable metalpins. Max baggage weight100kg, max dimensions of the luggage – 500 mm to 1000mm (W/H).

4.4. Entirely automatic functions (auto mode). Also manual mode is available from thefront panel for easy and comprehensive wrapping of non-standard (fragile) items.

4.5 Fast wrapping speed, rotary speed adjustments (0-36 rpm), vertical film carriagemovement speed adjustment, smooth start and soft stop functions.

4.6 Up/Down movement of the film carriage in auto mode, helping for the smooth wrapping of big suitcases.

4.7 Number of the rotation adjustment (Layers adjustment), film tension adjustment.

5.Control and operational functions:

MANUAL MODE: Activated by switching the black switcher to LEFT:

Manual mode means that when you press up or down, the film carriage can be up or down.When you press the rotation,the turntable will turn.The stop of the rotation is mademanually by pressing the STOP BUTTON on the touch screen

Important: If the film carriage is not at lower down position, the machine can not be able to start again.

AUTOMATIC MODE: Activated by switching the black switcher to RIGHT

Automatic mode means that the work of the machine is depending from the settlement(Adjustment) of thecontrol panel and the size of the luggage, whichcan be detected from the EYE Sensitive device, installed at the front of the machine.

The sensitive device is detecting the size of the luggage and if the size increases500 mm., the film carriage is moving to up after the machine is finishing the rotation settled on the frontpanel .The upper movement startsautomatically only after the machine is finishing the number of the rotation = DOWNnumbers.After the moment when the film carriage is reaching the upper side of the luggage, the signal from theEYE Sensitive device is stopping the upper movement of the film carriage and the machine iscontinuing with the last rotations, settled by the front screen TD-200 as UP + (number)

(usually 2-3). After finishing the last layers over the luggage (2-3 times), the machine isstopping automatically and after 2 seconds the folio is going to down position.
