LP type spray cooling machine is developed on base of absorbing advanced technique from home and abroad. This machine adopts three sections cooling water recycling cooling design. The first section uses water at 50 degrees. The second part water temperature is 40 degrees, and the third part adopts 25 degrees water to spray. The outlet bottle temperature is below 40 degrees. The treatment time can be adjusted according users’ requirement. The machine can be applied to all types noncarbonated material such as tea, juice, sauce, etc.. The machine body is made of SUS304 and can run stably and smoothly.
