Brief introduction:

HSYQ-360 is the small capacity one in the series. It is used to squeeze the hard molded dry powder into the various shapes briquettes.

Raw materials:

The raw materials are mainly mine powder such as coal powder, coke powder, lignite, metal, magnesium powder, aluminum powder, bauxite, graphite powder, clay, cryolite, chemical fertilizer, limestone, pigment, carbamide, silicon manganese alloy, etc. Size of the raw materials should be less than 5mm and moisture less than 15%. In the briquetting process binder is necessary. We can provide the binder and can design and produce the mixer.

Working principle:

As therollers rotate, it will cause the tremendous pressure. Under the tremendous pressure the raw materials will be squeezed into the various shaped briquettes.

Made of 9Cr2Mo and through heat treatment, our rollers have quite long application life.
