1.General description

Type ZCQ Vacuum Degasser is a kind of special equipment to process gas soaking drilling fluid. Our factory develops it on the basis of all kinds of deaerators home and abroad, which is suitably assorted for various mud cleaning system. It plays an important part in recovering the gravity of mud and it also can be used as a large power agitator if mud dose not contain any gas.

3.Working Principles

The deaerator belongs to vacuum type deaerator, which uses vacuum suction to make negative pressure zone in vacuum tank, and then under atmospheric pressure, the mud enters hollow shaft of rotor through vacuum pipeline, flings to tank wall with the spraying shape from the windows around hollow shaft.Because of the collision and foam separator, the bubbles soaking in mud are broken and gas escapes and discharges to safety zone through vacuum suction. The mud enters emptying chamber for weight of itself and discharges out of the tank through rotor.
