Low-grade Magnetic Mining Processing Plant

I. Low-grade Magnetic Mining Processing Plant Application

The low-grade magnetic mining process can be used for upgrading the magnetic sand (>8%) and magnetic stone (>15%).

II. Low-grade Magnetic Mining Processing Plant Process

There are generally four stages for low-grade magnetic mining processing plant.

1.Size reducing :Size reducing is tocrush/grindthe raw material to itsliberation size. The optional machinesZhongborecommended in this stage arePrimary crushing(jaw crusher),Secondary Crushing(Fine jaw crusher, Impact Crusher, Cone Crusher), FurtherGrinding(Ball Mill).

2. Sizing :Sizing isscreeningprocess. Although during the size reducing process, most materials reach to designed libration size, still there are small percentage material needs to be reducing to improve the next process efficiency.Vibrating screen, rotary screen,spiralcan be employed in this stage. The unqualified material will be return to first stage for reducing again.

3.Concentrating:Concentrating is the key stage forupgrading the low grade raw material. By using themagnetic separator, the grade can be improved for commercial trade or for further processing. Zhongbo recommends to youHigh intensity magnetic separator, Low intensity Magnetic separatoraccording to the characteristics of raw material.

4.Recovering: Not all the plant needs the recovering stage. Zhongbo will check first weather it is economical to recover the tailings.
