1. A. Exposure

Release the protection film of your plate, put it under the vacuum sheet of Exposure unit turn on the vacuum pump switch spread the vacuum sheet gentle by hand to make sure no air bubble is between the film and plate in order to get best exposure result.

Turn on the timer to start exposure, remove it after time is up, now it is ready for next step of washout.

1. B. Washout

Put water or solvent into tank let it over 1cm of brush surface, stick the plate on the mounting surface set up the washout time in accordance with the plate thickness.

Before cover up the upper lid, please make sure that mounting surface is in square position in order to cover up smoothly.

Turn on the timer it will washout automatically, when time is up the buzzer will call then open the cover.

1. Drying

Drying the plate by a hair dryer (60 degree C hot air )to the plate quickly and make sure the whole plate is drying completely.

1. Anti-tack

After drying, suggest to have a post exposure on the dry plate for the same time

as main exposure. Then puff powder on the plate when it is not sticky the plate is completed.

After the adjustment to the proper position according the thickness of plate, be sure to

fix the screws on the edge of the brush in order to keep brush stable.
