It is the new plasma THC we specially designed for portable cutter and small cutting machine, ok with different HF plasmas and CNC controllers.
It is capable for driving DC 24V motor below 40W.
A, Auto Initial Height Sensing(IHS)
Torch Retaining Cap IHS and Proximity Switch IHS (NPN and PNP), Proximity Switch IHS is backup for Torch Retaining Cap IHS for cutting dirty/rusty workpiece, needing the Anti-Collision Fixture designed by HYD (breakaway kit ).
IHS has two speeds, adjustable to user, protect torch and better accuracy.
B, Anti-Collision Function
No matter THC is on Auto mode or Manual mode, when torch head touches the workpiece, THC automatically lift torch up to IHS height. So with XPTHC-Portable300, user no need to worry about torch head crashing.
C, Freeze Auto Height Control on Corner Signal
freeze Auto Mode on receiving corner signal from CNC system to avoid torch diving, and we have a unique design to backup this function.
D. Set Pierce Time
Set the Button (Set PIERCE) to set Pierce Time.
E. Manual Operation
Many functions can be Manually operated on THC Operation Panel such as setting Auto/Manual, Up and Down, testing of IHS and Arc Start….etc
F. Arc Voltage Divide
Isolation Voltage Divide detection, the Voltage Divide ratio is 100:1/50:1.

2004set up HYD.CNC Tech Co, stopped developing of immature Ontime THC, and returned to Analog Circuit design, developed XPTHC-100 and CHC-200D, and simplified XPTHC-II
2006made XPTHC-100II, CHC-200DII, and XPTHC-III;
2008made capacitive CHC-300 for laser cutting;
2009started to co-design THC with Messer China, and developed XPTHC-200; Koike started to use CHC-200DII

2011Made new generation THC, XPTHC-300, and CHC-200E.
2012designed DC version cap THC for Zinser, and new laser CHC-300.
