Structure of Vertical Dryer

Working principle:

The formed "water polo” delivered to the top by belt conveying machine, By distributing device and uniformly distributed in the whole section of the top of furnace. Coal in its orbit while slowly moving by gravity to the side heat exchange with the wind. The moisture briquette evaporated brought away by strong winds. Briquette reached to fully dry by two hour’s evaporation.

Economic characteristics:Compared with today's generic the flow back drying furnace, the investment is reduced by 1/2; Covers an area of its 1/5_1/3; Energy consumption and operating costs are significantly reduced.

Work characteristics:

On this basis, then after through adaptive transformation, the moisture can drop to less than 1.5%; Also can dry pellets, coal particles stick and so on.
