Description of the machine:

This machine is specially used to reduce the water content of animal dung(cattle dung/pig manure/chicken manure), acid-sludge, spent grains, medicine dregs, kitchen rubbish, and many other dregs. It can separate the solid and liquid well.The final moisture is 30-40%, when you press the final products with hands hard, no water will come out.

It has a long life working because the screw and the screen are all made of high quality stainless steel. They are durable and erosion-resisting.

Working principle:

Just as the upper picture shows,the pump in the pits upgrade the original raw materials into the Screw press dewatering machine, the extrusion screw which is installed in the mesh will push the raw materials to move forward by 46 rev / min speed

Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh will flow into the conditioning tanks.
