Application of thickening machine:

Our company mainly produces high efficiency concentrator which is using for concentrator concentrate and tailings dewatering to promote pulp from 20%-30% to 40%-70%. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, and environmental protection industry.

Feature of thickening machine:

NZS thickener is a center-drive thickener, which is traditional thickening equipment with a history of earlier application. The thickener with a diameter less than 12m is of manual handle type, and thickeners with a diameter over 12m adopt electric handle devices. Large scale thickener is usually arranged with a concrete tank, with overload indicating or alarming devices. This machine has the features like simple structure, low wearing convenient maintenance.

Product Principle

This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.
