CFG series long spiral drilling auger is hydraulic control, walk chassis. When working with long auger drill to the design depth, during bringing up the auger, concrete pump convey the concrete to the auger and pressure grouting concrete pile (also can thrust inside reinforcing steel bar in the after). One machine can complete hole and piling synchronously at the same time. Installing rotary joints may also process superfluid state and long spiral bored pile and other foundation construction technology. It is widely used in urban construction, resident building, energy, and municipal, and transportation, water conservancy pile, squeezing pile, soft foundation treatment and city high-rise foundation treatment construction. It has the advantageds of not limit to the groundwater, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, strong overload capacity and high degree automatic machinery.

According to different pile process design, the driller can design for concrete pile and mixed pile of concrete and soil.

For making concrete pile, the bit is corotation drilled to the design depth; corotation brings up the rod and grouting the concrete pile.

For making mixed pile of concrete and soil:the drill bit is corotation drilled to the design depth, reverse bring up the rod and underground soil will poured and mix with concrete and get the mixed pile, if the inside soil is not enough content with design, then you can use the mud pump mortar to grouting the mud inside.

The auger can be connected with a long auger; it can also joint short auger and steel pipe. If joint short auger, then use flange and screw joint the flange with screw together.

Using high strength wear-resisting rock bit

The rock bit is designed for long screw pile auger. This drill bit adopts high strength composite steel plate, the steel plate hardness is HRC50, strength is more than 1000MPa, it can successfully pass through the gravel layer, gravel layer and bedrock within the compressive strength 30000KPa, it is the best tool for rock and soil engineering.
