1.APPLICATION

It is used for getting rid of impurity in the raw fabric like pulp, greasy dirt, and pectin. The whiteness and hygroscopicity is raised, and process of dyeing will be easy.

2.PROCESS FLOW (Remarks: The steamer is lifted)

Open width fabric entry → Steam washer(5/6) → 2-bowl Squeezer → Steam washer(5/6) → 3-bowl Squeezer → Chemical tank(4/4) →2-bowl Squeezer → High pickup unit → Singlelayer combination steamer → Middle cloth entry (photoelectrical centering device, single roller tough) → [2-bowl Squeezer → Steam washer(5/6)] x 5 → 3-bowl Squeezer → 2X10 Cylinder Dryer(800mm, optional) → Delivery unit (plaiting)

n Steam washer

• Both sides wall of washer with 4mm stainless steel, which is cut by laser and argon arc welded with other components.
• Stainless steel compartment with top cover and side windows. Fabric entry and exit adopts water lock.
• Each row of rollers at top and at below and with central distance 950mm, single thread.
• All rollers covered with stainless steel and with mechanical sealing. Lubrication can be added for all shafts.
• Water blocks plate inside compartment for liquor serpentine counter flow and 1 pneumatically controlled drain valve.
• 1 open/close pneumatic valve. One stainless steel guide roller at the cloth entry and another one at the exit.
• 1 water add-on system with joints and ball valve
• 1 directly steam heating system, including heating pipe with spray
• Clothing guiding rollers inside compartment are distributed as 5 at top and 6 at below (including compensator). The diameter of roller is 180mm.

n Single layer combination steamer

• 1 stainless steel steaming compartment on steel frame, insulation top, condensate water exhausting pipe, inspection window and lumination. All rollers with mechanical sealing and lubrication can be added for all shafts.
• Steam seal at the fabric entry.
• Steam entry pipe and distribution pipe, several guide rollers.
• 2 rotary pneumatic controlled tension rollers and pneumatic system with pressure adjusting valve and pressure meter.
• 1 pre-steaming unit: single thread

n Electric parts:

• Red Flag electric control system is famous of reliable quality and convenient maintenance. PLC adopts synchronizing frequency drive type. Main electric parts such as circuit breaker, contactors etc. are of Schneider brand.
• Electric cabinet: Specially manufactured by States fixed factory, profiled bar frame, one door in the front, whole cabinet is equipped a fan and drop-proof device.
