1.APPLICATION
It is used for getting rid of impurity in the raw fabric like pulp, greasy dirt, and pectin. The whiteness and hygroscopicity is raised, and process of dyeing will be easy.
2.PROCESS FLOW (Remarks: The steamer is lifted)
Open width fabric entry → Steam washer(5/6) → 2-bowl Squeezer → Steam washer(5/6) → 3-bowl Squeezer → Chemical tank(4/4) →2-bowl Squeezer → High pickup unit → Singlelayer combination steamer → Middle cloth entry (photoelectrical centering device, single roller tough) → [2-bowl Squeezer → Steam washer(5/6)] x 5 → 3-bowl Squeezer → 2X10 Cylinder Dryer(800mm, optional) → Delivery unit (plaiting)
