Process

LLW series screen worm centrifuge is the one with low energy consumption, stable performance and good separating effectiveness. The separation processing from feeding to dewatering, cleaning and discharging is continuous with high processing efficiency and high degree of automation.

♣Gearbox: mechanical gearbox and hydraulic gearbox, so as to suit for separation of different materials.

♣For materials with high concentration and poor mobility, LLW screen worm centrifuge with screw feeding device is more suitable.

Working Principles

The feed suspension is introduced to the centrifuge through a feed pipe and into the feed distribution chamber, and is jetted into the basket through the hole near the cone point of the conveyor. Under centrifugal force the solids filtrate from the liquid and settle against the basket wall, while the clarified liquid exits over the overflow screen. The solids in the conical basket are conveyed up from the smaller end to the bigger end while the conveyor turns at a slightly different speed. The bigger diameter is, the bigger centrifugal force produces to separate the liquid/solids. The solids are dried when they are drained out the basket.

- Basket angle 10°: when washing is required, the 10°basket angle is the first choice.

♦Variable-frequency control with stepless regulation basket rotating speed;

♦Feeding, filtration, washing, dewatering and discharging to be done continuously, offering large capacity;

♦Independent lubrication system with simple and reliable lubrication means but good cooling effects;

♦Safety protection: speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection, etc;

♦Reliable and stable hydraulic gearbox centrifuge is suitable for materials with high viscosity.

Hydraulic gearbox features

♦nner curve radial plunger type hydraulic gearbox with low speed, but large torque (2~3 times higher than the mechanical one)

♦Differential speed feedback control, equipped with functions of overload alarm outlet terminal, maximum pressure alarm and stop; the differential speed is 1~30 r/min adjustment; Fully-automatic control achievable;

♦Automatic differential speed adjustment and automatic power compensation function with large range of differential speed compensation, material blocking eliminated, and high adaptability to changes in material feeding;

♦Differential speed changed, but the original conveying torque remain the same (low differential speed operation is achievable);

♦Start conveyor for residual cake removing when the basket is static, which is easy for trouble shooting.
