SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The Liquid Oxygen plants consist of the following equipment:
1. ROTARY AIR COMPRESSOR - Chicago Pneumatic USA
With air filter (Part of Air Compressor)
2. AIR PRECOOLING UNIT
Air Pre-Cooling Unit includes the following:
- One condenser
- Automatic water drain valves
- Special motor
- One evaporator / water cooler
- One set of Piping and valves
- Instrumentation
- Water Separator
3. PURIFYING UNIT (Molecular Sieve Adsorber system)
Air Purification Unit includes the following:
- Molecular Sieve Tower - 2 Units
- Filters
- active Alumina - 1 Charge
- Molecular Sieves - 1 Charge
- Complete piping and supports
- Oil Adsorber system
- All valves
4. AIR SEPARATION COLUMN (COLD BOX)
Cryogenic type Air separation cold box complete with support and connected pipes and internal Connections. Supplied as packed units and consists of:
Outer Steel Casing:
Manufactured with frame for mounting exchangers and air separation Column, control etc.
Main Heat Exchanger:
In air circuit in pass with high heat transfer co-efficient.
Column:
With special trays for high yield. Upper and lower
Condenser:
Special type.
Sub-Cooler:
For Nitrogen and Oxygen made of special alloy.
Instrumentation:
Complete instrumentation for control of levels/pressure and analysis valves. The digital electronic temperature indicator with scanner, accurate PT-100 sensor. The expansion valves are manual control with long stem type with pointer and index. For liquid level measurement accurate DP Gauge Manometer, separate panel Mounted is provided. Pressure gauges
Cold Pipe Lines:
All alloy in interconnecting equipment’s inside cold box.
Insulation Materials:
The insulation Perlite is of sufficient quantity to insulate the cold box completely.
5. TURBO EXPANDER
THE TURBO EXPANDER IS A ROTARY MACHINE RUNNING ON GAS BEARINGS.
This is used to provide cooling for the liquefication of air at minus 180 to (-) 190 degrees centigrade.

5. Liquid Oxygen Storage systems (Optional)
The output product is stored in to Horizontal or Vertical cryogenic Liquid Storage tanks at the desired filling pressure of 8 Bar or 16 Bar.
We provide a large range of capacities for storage tanks from 5 m3 to 100 m3 (5000 Liters to 100,000 Liters)
