This machine gets the tubular woven fabric with liner film(EVA-PE) heated and then the lining film can be bonded with the woven fabric strongly. With moisture-proof, the laminated fabric made in this way looks beautiful and even, and it can also be conveniently piled. It is the ideal equipment for the production of woven bags for fertilizer, chemical materials, animal feed and sugar etc.

With PLC centralized control, touch-screen operation, automatic temperature and speed control as well as malfunction alarming, it achieves the integration of mechanics and electronics. The temperature and speed can be adjusted either manually or automatically to get the fabric and liner laminated synchronously. It adopts pneumatic frictional rewinding driven by torque motor, which can get flat and even fabric roll.

Healing Box

Special helix air track supplies equal hot air onto the fabric surface, ensures the sufficiency melting and adhesion between EVA-PE film and the inner side of tubular fabric.
