1. The necessary material:

calcium silicate board,EPS

The Raw material :

Cement,Fly ash ,EPS and so on. You can choose your local material, our engineer will check and test,then make up a reasonable prescription for you.

2.This machine adopt flow production line, the capacity is more than 150,000 TO 200,000 m2 per year for size 3000mmx600mmx90mm (8 forming machine)

The size of wall panel can be changed according to customer's required, we have the special technology for this change.

In the wall panel, there is a EPX,which is the function of heat protection and insulation and Light weight.

3. The pieces of wall panel from the main machine will according to the size
of the wall panel for example:
a. the size of 3000x600x75mm each time can be 12 pieces
b. the size of 3000x600x90mm each time can be 10 pieces
c.the size of 3000x600x100mm each time can be 9 pieces
d.the size of 3000x600x150mm each time can be 7 pieces
e.the size of 3000x600x200mm each time can be 5 pieces
4.The time it takes for one complete cycle? it will be decided by the
weather in your country, generally it only need about 3 hours in the moulds
then it can be out from the moulds.
5.The minimum space needed for a factory not including storage space for the
panels is about 400 to 500 m2 .
6.We have different capacity wall panel machine, such as per year 100,000 m2 ,
200,000 m2 , 300.000 m2 , 400.000 m2 and 500,000 m2 , you can choose it according toyour kind requested.
