aerated concrete block is a kind of new building material, and has theadvantages of environmental protection. Compared with the traditional claybrick,as follows;

1.light weight
Aerated concrete density is 400kg / m3 ~ 700kg / m3, equivalent to the 1 /3 of hollow clay brick, solid clay brick is 1 / 5, 1 / 4 concrete, lightweightaggregate concrete is lower than average density.

2.insulation resistance
Aerated concrete block internal contain great amount of bubbles and pores,and has good heat preservation performance.

3.durability
most of the aerated concrete block in natural carbonation,strength wasincreased slightly.

4.resistance to water penetration
Aerated concrete block with closed independent globular structure, thusabsorbing moisture slowly.

5.easy of process
Aerated concrete block not only product a variety of specifications withinthe factory , can also be used for sawing, planing, drill, nail.

6.compressive strength
Aerated concrete compressive strength for 3.5MPa, 07 for 5.0MPa.

7.fire resistance
Aerated concrete block: low thermal conductivity, heat transfer is slow,can effectively resist fire, and to protect the structure from the effects offire.

8.sound absorption
Aeratedconcrete block has a spherical closed porous structure, and thus a certainsound absorption, sound absorption coefficient is 0.2 ~ 0.3.
