Product Introduction

LHB series of centrifugal mixing pump is a high-speed, high-strength mixing equipment that is specially designed for vegetable oil continuous refining. Its high-efficiency mixing effect is the key factor for the machine to increase refining efficiency and can meet the requirements during the refining process of several mixed liquids such as oil-alkali, oil-acid and water washing, with the treatment capacity from 30T/D to 600 T/D.

Working Principal

The liquid mixed with two types (or several types) which are at fixed amount proportioning are delivered to the feed port and enter into the drum, this liquid will be mixed fully due to centrifugal force and the compartment of the drum. The centripetal pump at the outlet will make the dynamic pressure head of the liquid rotating with high speed change to static pressure head (0.10-0.20Mpa) and deliver to the next process.
