Working principle:

lthe motor transmits power to transmission through the belt;

lthe transmission output shaft transmits power to propeller through the floating coupling;

lthe thruster of propeller push forward coal through formingdie to produce the ideal high-pressure coal stick

Working Process:

lCrush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

lDry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

lPut the material into feed let of briquette machine

lProduce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

lCarbonized the briquette stick

Application :

Take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.
